Become a Beta-test Site
What It Means For You

Since SmartClinic® is a very well established product at this point in time there are very limited opportunities to qualify as a beta-test site. Beta-test site status is only provided to practices within specific un-penetrated locales or to specialties where we have limited exposure to date.

A beta-site is an installation that uses an early release/prototype of SmartClinic. This means that the beta-test site may be inconvenienced with occasional system problems (bugs), that will not affect data integrity, and are primarily of a cosmetic nature, or associated with options specifically customized to your needs. However, this inconvenience is usually offset by the advantages gained by being a beta-test site.

Benefits of being Beta-test site Customer:
~~~~ The beta-test site will be given a 25% discount on the license of all software
~~~~~~developed by VIP Medicine LLC, including the initial installation
~~~~ VIP Medicine LLC will install all the software at your site, and waive all installation charges
~~~~ The beta-test site will be given first priority on requesting custom enhancements
~~~~~~that have general market appeal as determined by VIP Medicine LLC
~~~~ Extended training (handholding) as required during the first month of installation
~~~~~~at no charge
~~~~ VIP Medicine LLC will respond to all problems within 15 minutes during a normal workday, on average.

Qualifying Criteria:

Beta-sites are limited to two sub-specialties in a geographic area per product release, e.g., only two cardiologists, neurologists, etc.
To be a beta-site the installation must be running a network version of SmartClinic® and must have a high speed Internet access.
The beta-test site will allow VIP Medicine LLC to use their name publicly as a reference installation. Additionally, as mutually agreed upon, potential users will be allowed reference site visits, not to exceed six per year.
